We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
Our Website is hosted by Squarespace.
2. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions and prices are displayed on the Website alongside each Product.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
change prices,
correct pricing errors,
modify or discontinue Products,
without prior notice.
Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order:
Add Products to your shopping cart;
Complete the checkout process;
Provide accurate billing, shipping and payment information;
Submit payment.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
all information provided is accurate and complete;
you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The sales contract becomes effective once:
payment has been successfully received, and
you receive a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
Products are unavailable,
pricing or technical errors have occurred,
fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected,
payment authorisation fails.
4. Payment
We accept major payment cards and PayPal.
Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
If your payment card issuer refuses authorisation, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
If your payment method is denominated in a currency other than Euro (€), your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees. We are not responsible for such charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to Estonia, European Union countries and selected international destinations.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain countries or regions where shipping is unavailable or prohibited by law.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Estonia: approximately 2 business days
EU countries: approximately 2–5 business days
International deliveries: approximately 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In exceptional cases, shipment may take up to 10 calendar days.
Shipping Providers
Deliveries are carried out by trusted courier services such as DPD or local parcel pickup networks.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
The customer is solely responsible for any such charges.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused,
in its original condition,
and returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of:
the Product,
packaging,
and shipping label.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce refunds where returned Products show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses,

or loss of data arising from use of the Website or purchase of Products.
