Shipping Costs
Shipping within Estonia is free.
For other EU countries and international destinations, shipping costs depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Estonia: approximately 2 business days
European Union: approximately 2–5 business days
International orders: approximately 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping confirmation email.
While we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In exceptional cases, orders may take up to 10 calendar days to ship.
Delivery Information
Orders are delivered by trusted courier services and parcel pickup providers.
Deliveries generally take place:
Monday to Friday,
excluding public holidays,
during standard business hours in the destination country.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
European deliveries are typically fulfilled via DPD courier services or local parcel pickup points closest to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to regions or countries where delivery is unavailable or prohibited by applicable laws or sanctions regulations.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an international order.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the conditions below.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:
items must be unused,
in their original condition,
and returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
photographs of the product,
packaging,
and shipping label.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe and no later than required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
